After purchasing a plan of your choice. You will be directed to our personalized app created with Trainerize. A platform designed for fitness trainers/coaches. You will have access to all programs you are subscribed to and will have your trainer available to you 24/7 to answer any questions and to guide you on how to use our app to personalize your experience. Easy yet very effective.

We use the Trainerize platform to sell our digital programs.

Once you decide on the program that best fit your needs. You will be prompted to pay.

After completing all required documents, from consultation form, PAR-Q, and trainer contract.

You will then be given access to your personalized account.
Where you be guided on how to use the app. From uploading pics, finding meals and fitness regimens, daily coaching, and to reach your trainer at any time.

We use the app to protect all parties from fraud/scams and to keep all communication, progress, and payments private and securely.
