My Story

We've all been there. Feeling tired all the time dislike how certain parts of our bodies look. Tied of diets that doesn't seems to work. Can't sleep throughout the night and feeling fatigue upon waking up after hours of adequate rest. And for my pregnant women, mothers in general out there, who stresses about stretch marks before and after having a baby and how to find time to train with a toddler. Let's not forget the aches and pain you can't ease. 

 

You must understand that life happens and will hit us with something no matter how much help we have right in front of us or no help at all. Our first priority is always ourself first. I know we have a lot to worry about, I believe if we worry more about our health, everything else will fall into place. 


Hi there, my name is Ned Argyle and I created Argylefitclub because I was helping clients with those issues listed above when I started my career at Crunch Fitness in Washington, DC in March of 2012. I became a trainer by referral by a personal trainer, who saw me day in and out, work on myself, to transform my mind, body, and soul. During the time I was just a member, I was at my lowest in life. Battling depression and anxiety that came with having an abortion. A choice I never regretted because I understand it was fit or ready to become a mother. After restoring my faith and strength. I made a promise to myself and before God, that I would help women battle their stresses no matter what form it came in. That same trainer who I still see as a blessing in disguise became my mentor and encouraged me to start my own business because he saw the potential and gift in me. Training wasn't never the route I'd thought I would take in life and after 12 years, I know it was the best decision I made to turn my life around. 

 

ARGYLEFITCLUB is fitness business that works around you and your needs, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Over the past 12 years I have helped 100s of men and women develop routines that fits into their lifestyle despite their work, families, and sometimes self doubt. I have helped people to realize that training doesn't solve their problems. However, developing a plan that suits their lifestyle does. That includes but is not limited to eating better, supplementing the mind and body, using time wisely, and becoming more self aware by getting to know the spiritual side of the body.

The phrase "Work Smarter not Harder', I believe in and have proven to work in my own personal journey. I used to over train and under eat, and was self conscious at one point when I weren't seeing the results because of an over zealous mindset. I realized I needed to find balance in all areas of my life. Balance is the key to longevity and the only key in life that will help us live as best we can. Nothing lasts when you're out of balance including technology and the ecosystem. Think about it, and in doing so, if you feel that I can help you achieve balance within your current circumstances, help you prepare for the birth of your baby, help you achieve your fitness goals, help you prepare for that half marathon you’ve always wanted to do, or simply help sleep better at night.
