ARGYLEFITCLUB was built on a passion for fitness, discipline, and helping people become stronger versions of themselves. I started coaching more than a decade ago as a personal trainer in the Washington, D.C. area, working with brands including VIDA Fitness and Crunch Fitness. I've trained clients of every background, age, fitness level, and stage of life, and one lesson showed up early: fitness is rarely just about how someone looks. It's about confidence, accountability, consistency, and building a lifestyle that makes you feel capable in your own body. That path eventually led me to the U.S. Army, where I served as a Signal Support Systems Specialist. Military service sharpened the principles that already shaped my coaching: resilience, adaptability, leadership, and the ability to keep moving forward when circumstances get hard. When I medically retired from the Army in 2026, fitness became central to defining my next chapter. ARGYLEFITCLUB is that next chapter. I know what it's like to chase goals while managing real-life responsibilities, setbacks, injuries, and transitions. That's why my coaching isn't built on perfection or unrealistic expectations. It's built on sustainable habits, real confidence, and getting stronger, physically and mentally.
My Coaching Philosophy
Fitness should challenge you, and it should also fit your life. Good coaching starts with understanding the person before writing the program. Your training should account for your goals, experience, schedule, limitations, lifestyle, and the person you're working to become. ARGYLEFITCLUB pairs structure with flexibility. You'll get guidance and accountability, and you'll also learn to make smart decisions on your own, because the goal isn't to keep you dependent on a trainer forever. It's to help you build a stronger body, stronger habits, and the confidence to keep progressing.
